An Invitation from The Conversation Project
Celebrate National Healthcare Decisions Day with TCP!
April 16 is the 7th Annual National Healthcare Decisions Day, designed to be a day to inspire, educate, and empower the public to make decisions with loved ones about their wishes regarding end-of-life care – before a medical crisis happens. We invite you to join a nationwide conversation about end-of-life care, via webinar, on Wednesday, April 16, from 3 to 4 PM EDT, led by Ellen Goodman, co-founder of The Conversation Project, and Nathan Kottkamp, creator of National Healthcare Decisions Day.
Our guests will include:
Dr. Haider Javed Warraich of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
Connie Holden, a Conversation Project partner working to spread the mission to Boulder County, CO
Have you had the conversation? During the free, hour-long webinar we’ll take a look at the reasons why lots of Americans haven’t had the conversation, and we’ll share some advice and guidance on how to get started – and navigate family dynamics.
JOIN the free webinar on April 16 at 3pm EDT by clicking here. Click here to download the Outlook appointment to your calendar. No enrollment or pre-registration is required. To further spread awareness, "What’s Holding You Back?" will challenge Americans to have The Conversation within seven days after tuning into the discussion – and then share their story and a #WeveHadTheConvo selfie (like the one above!) to The Conversation Project’s Facebook page.
Feel free to share this inviation with anyone who you think might be interested.
