April 16 is the 7th Annual National Healthcare Decisions Day, designed to be a day to inspire, educate, and empower the public to make decisions with loved ones about their wishes regarding end-of-life care – before a medical crisis happens. We invite you to join a nationwide conversation about end-of-life care, via webinar, on Wednesday, April 16, from 3 to 4 PM EDT, led by Ellen Goodman, co-founder of The Conversation Project, and Nathan Kottkamp, creator of National Healthcare Decisions Day.
