Just received this Grand Vision Growth & Investment Network announcement and reminder, from G&I Network convener Scott Gest at the NWM Council of Governments, with an invitation to attend the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) grant and loan program presentation, hosted by the Grand Vision Housing Solutions Network and HSI Network convener Sarah Lucas (NWMCOG):

Note that the March 11 FHLBI presentation will include the new Accessibility Modifications Program which provides grant funding to address the needs of aging homeowners and those with disabilities. Greetings G&I Network,

The Grand Vision Housing Solutions Network is hosting a presentation from Marjorie Green, Community Investment Development Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI), on grant and loan programs available from the FHLBI. Ms. Green will discuss programs of interest to a variety of housing partners – including developers, housing agencies, lenders, advocates, and homebuyers – can access for new affordable home development or purchase. Programs include down payment assistance, loans, and grants, including the new Accessibility Modifications Program, which provides grant funding to address the needs of aging homeowners and those with disabilities.

The presentation is on March 11, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Traverse City Michigan Works! Center.
